Scammer Guardian is built by a small founding team based in Ohio. Co-founders Will Hack and Drew lead the company, with marketing led by consultant Quinn. The team is supported by advisors in elder care, telephony, and AI safety. We are intentionally lean: every team member is hands-on with customers and product.

He spends most of his days on direct outreach to credit unions, assisted living facility directors, Area Agencies on Aging, and elder law attorneys: the institutional partners who deploy Scammer Guardian to the people who need it most.

Drew, Co-founder

Drew leads engineering at Scammer Guardian across backend, frontend, mobile, and the AI screening pipeline. He architected the call interception system that uses Android's CallScreeningService API and iOS's CallKit + PushKit framework to intercept calls before the phone rings, without requiring a number change or carrier port.

Our values

These are not aspirational. They are operational rules we live by.

1. Protect the user, every time. When there is a tradeoff between revenue and user safety, we choose user safety. This rules out advertising, data sales, and any partner integration that could compromise privacy.
2. Be honest about what the product can and cannot do. We don't claim 100% scam blocking. We don't fake reviews. We don't oversell what AI can do.
3. Make the protected person feel respected. Many products in elder care talk down to seniors. We don't. Our product is invisible to the protected person: they use their phone exactly as they always have.
4. Bias to action. We are a small team competing with bigger ones. We ship fast, learn from real users, and iterate weekly.
5. Document everything publicly. Our pricing is on the website. Our policies are clear. Our roadmap is shareable. Trust is earned through transparency.
