Phone Scam Protection You Don't Have to Manage

Scammer Guardian protects you from phone scams without changing how you use your phone. After a one-time setup, your phone rings normally for real callers like your doctor, your family, and your delivery driver. Scammers never reach you. You don't need to learn anything new or remember anything. It just works.

What this page is about

You're getting calls. The IRS says you owe back taxes. Your grandson is in jail and needs bail money wired right now. A nice young person from Microsoft says your computer is infected. Someone wants to refinance your Medicare. The mail-in ballot scam. The tech support scam. The romance scam.

You've been told to "just hang up." That's good advice, but it's hard to do in the moment. The scammers are very convincing. They use your name. They sound official. They press hard.

Scammer Guardian was built so you don't have to be the one who decides. The scammers never get through to you in the first place.

How it works (the simple version)

When someone calls your phone, one of two things happens:

  • It's someone you know (in your contacts) → your phone rings normally. Answer it as you always have.
  • It's someone you don't know → an AI assistant answers first, asks the caller who they are and what they want, and decides if it's safe to connect them. If it's a real caller (your doctor's office, a delivery driver, a new family member), they're connected and your phone rings. If it's a scammer, the call is blocked and you never know about it.

That's it. The AI does all the work. You don't need to learn it, manage it, or even know it's there.

What changes for you

Honestly, almost nothing. Your phone still works the same way. Your number stays the same. Your carrier stays the same. Your contacts stay the same. You answer your phone the same way.

The only difference is the calls you stop getting. The IRS scammer doesn't reach you. The fake grandchild scam doesn't reach you. The tech support scam doesn't reach you.

Your son or daughter (whoever set this up for you) gets a notification on their phone every time a scammer is blocked. They can see who tried to reach you. You don't need to think about any of it.

"But what if a real person can't get through?"

This is the most common worry. The answer: real people identify themselves naturally when the AI asks "Who's calling?" A real doctor's office says "Hi, this is Karen from Dr. Patterson's office calling to confirm tomorrow's appointment." The AI hears that, recognizes it's a real call, and connects them.

Scammers can't pass this test because as soon as they try, the AI starts asking follow-up questions and the scam falls apart.

In our data, fewer than 1 out of 100 real first-time callers gets blocked. And if it ever happens, your son or daughter can fix it in one tap from their phone, and that caller will then always ring through.

"Will I have to learn how to use it?"

No. After the one-time setup (which your son or daughter will do for you, or help you do), you don't touch it again. Your phone works exactly like it always has.

The setup itself takes about 2 minutes. It's mostly tapping "yes" a few times.

"What if I want to turn it off?"

You can. Tell your son or daughter, or call our support line at 1-800-XXX-XXXX, or email support@scammerguardian.com. We'll turn it off in seconds. No penalty, no questions, no "are you sure?" forms.

You're in control. We're a tool you choose to use.

"Is this expensive?"

It costs $29 a month (about a dollar a day) for the basic plan. The first 7 days are free.

The math we tell families: the average phone scam victim loses $9,000 in one call. The basic plan would pay for itself for ~25 years if it stopped just one scam.

"Will the AI listen to my conversations?"

No. The AI only talks to unknown callers before deciding whether to connect them. Once you're connected to a real caller, the AI is gone. We don't record or listen to your conversations with people you know.

"Is my phone being shared with anyone?"

No. We don't sell, share, or give away any data about your calls or contacts. Ever. That's a permanent commitment.

"Who built this?"

Scammer Guardian was built by a small team in Ohio led by a son who watched scammers target his own family. The company is independent: not owned by a phone company, not owned by a big tech firm. We answer only to our customers.
